We want you to feel like you are walking on clouds; if your FRANKIE4 shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Credit

  Select your preferred return method, whether it be a full refund to your original payment method or a store credit for a future purchase.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Place the shoes back in their original box and secure them in a shipping satchel, then print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your return has been processed by our warehouse.
